Delete Your Data
You can delete your BlnkSpace account yourself at any time from your account settings. Your sign-in, any paid plan and any connected Facebook Pages or Instagram accounts end immediately. Your other content and personal data are permanently erased 30 days later. If you can't sign in, email privacy@blnkspace.app and we will do it for you.
Section 01
Delete your account yourself
This removes your account and starts the permanent erasure of your data.
- Sign in to BlnkSpace.
- Open the account menu at the bottom of the sidebar and choose Manage account.
- Go to Security and choose Delete account.
- Confirm. You will be signed out straight away.
Section 04
What happens after you delete
| When | What happens |
|---|---|
| Immediately | Your sign-in is removed, including the link to your Facebook or Google account. You are signed out on every device. |
| Immediately | Any BlnkSpace subscription is cancelled, so you are not charged again. |
| Immediately | Team members and resellers lose any access they had through your account. |
| Immediately | Your published pages are taken offline, except pages people paid to access (see Section 05). |
| Immediately | Any Facebook Pages and Instagram accounts you connected are disconnected: we withdraw BlnkSpace’s access at Facebook and delete their access tokens, details and activity log. |
| After 30 days | Your documents, pages, uploaded files, products, templates, AI keys and history, email and Stripe connections, and usage data are permanently erased. |
| After 30 days | Your name, email, phone and address are removed from orders you placed on other sellers’ stores. |
| After 30 days | Your comments and collaborator access on other people’s pages are removed. |
| After 30 days | You are removed from BlnkSpace’s own contact and mailing lists, and our copies of the emails we sent you are deleted. |
The 30-day gap exists so a mistaken or malicious deletion can be investigated before data is gone for good. It cannot be used to restore an account yourself; contact us straight away if you deleted your account by mistake.
Section 05
What we keep, and why
Some records describe other people as well as you, or must be kept by law. These are not erased when you delete your account:
| Record | Why it is kept |
|---|---|
| Orders, bookings, form submissions and CRM records your customers created with you | They belong to your customers too. Deleting your account must not erase their purchase or booking history. |
| Pages that buyers paid to access | Kept online so the people who paid keep the access they bought. |
| Orders you placed on other stores | Kept for the seller’s accounts, with your personal details removed. |
| Billing, tax and chargeback records | Kept for up to 7 years where tax and financial law require it. Card details are held by Stripe, never by us. |
| Records of support sessions on another person’s account | Kept as an accountability record for the other account holder. |
| Server logs | Kept by our hosting providers for 30–90 days, then deleted automatically. |
See the Privacy Policy for the full retention schedule.
Section 06
Request deletion by email
If you can’t sign in, no longer have access to your Facebook or Google account, or want something deleted sooner, email privacy@blnkspace.app with the subject “Data deletion request”.
- Send it from the email address on your BlnkSpace account, or tell us which address you used.
- We may ask you to confirm your identity before deleting anything.
- We will confirm when it is done, within 30 days.
Section 07
Access, correction and export
You can also ask for a copy of your data, a machine-readable export, or a correction, at the same address. Your rights under GDPR, CCPA and Malaysia’s PDPA are set out in Privacy Policy Section 06.
Section 08
Contact
- Privacy and deletion requests: privacy@blnkspace.app
- General: hello@blnkspace.app
Section 02
If you signed in with Facebook or Google
What we receive
When you sign in with Facebook or Google, our authentication provider Clerk receives your name, email address, profile photo and an account ID issued by that service. We use them only to create and identify your BlnkSpace account. We do not receive your password, friends list, posts or messages. Signing in never lets BlnkSpace post anything for you.
Deleting this data
Deleting your BlnkSpace account (Section 01) deletes this data along with the rest of your account.
Removing BlnkSpace from your Facebook or Google settings stops us receiving anything new, but it does not delete your BlnkSpace account. To do both:
