Acceptable Use Policy

This AUP applies to all use of BlnkSpace, including:

• Content you create in your private workspace
• Pages you publish publicly
• Products you sell through your BlnkSpace store
• Email campaigns you send to your contact lists
• Content you collaborate on with other users
• Any automated or programmatic use of our API

This AUP is incorporated into and must be read alongside our Terms of Service.

You may not create, publish, store, or transmit content that falls into any of the following categories:

Payments on BlnkSpace are processed by Stripe through your own connected Stripe account. You must follow Stripe's Prohibited and Restricted Businesses list, which forms part of this policy. In addition, and even where Stripe might approve it, you may not use BlnkSpace's stores, paid pages, booking, email or CRM tools to sell, promote or take payment for:

BlnkSpace reserves the right to determine, at its sole discretion, that a product or service is inappropriate for the platform even if not explicitly listed above. If you are unsure whether something is allowed, ask us before you list it.

Users who send email campaigns through BlnkSpace must comply with all applicable anti-spam laws including CAN-SPAM (USA), CASL (Canada), and GDPR (EU).

We monitor sending patterns for abuse indicators including high bounce rates and spam complaint rates. We may throttle or suspend campaign access for patterns inconsistent with legitimate email marketing.

If you use BlnkSpace to send automatic replies to comments or direct messages on Facebook or Instagram, you are responsible for those messages and must follow Meta’s Platform Terms, Developer Policies and Messenger Platform policy.

• Only reply to people who commented or messaged you first, and only within the time Meta allows (a private reply to a comment within 7 days; a direct message within 24 hours of the person’s last message)
• Do not send promotions, spam or repeated messages, and do not use automatic replies to harass, mislead or impersonate anyone
• Keep the line telling people the message is automated; where the law requires it (for example in California or Germany) you must not remove it
• Never reply to someone who has asked you to stop, and do not collect passwords, payment card numbers or other sensitive details through automatic replies
• Do not set up rules on an account you do not own or manage, and do not use rules to get around Meta’s limits

We limit the number of automatic replies per rule and per account, may pause or remove rules that generate complaints or policy problems, and may suspend access to the feature. Meta can also restrict your Page.

You may not:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of BlnkSpace
• Use automated bots, scrapers, or crawlers on BlnkSpace without our express permission
• Create multiple accounts to circumvent plan limits, suspensions, or bans
• Share your account credentials with other people (use the collaboration features instead)
• Resell or sublicense access to BlnkSpace without our written permission
• Use BlnkSpace to build a competing product without our consent
• Probe or test the vulnerability of any BlnkSpace system without authorisation
• Interfere with the proper functioning of the Service for other users

When you publish a page on BlnkSpace, it becomes publicly accessible on the internet. As the publisher, you are solely responsible for its content. In addition to the prohibitions above, published pages must not:

• Mislead visitors about the nature or operator of the page
• Engage in deceptive collection of visitor data
• Contain drive-by downloads or attempt to install software without consent
• Embed third-party tracking scripts that violate visitors' privacy rights without appropriate consent and disclosure
• Automatically redirect visitors to other websites without their interaction
• Serve different content to search engine crawlers than to human visitors (cloaking)

If you collect personal data from visitors (e.g. via email sign-up forms), you are responsible for complying with applicable privacy laws, including providing a privacy notice and obtaining appropriate consent.

Published sites may appear in the public site directory, ranked automatically. You must not try to manipulate that ranking or the reporting system. In particular, you may not:

• Publish many thin, near-identical or mass-produced sites, or copy another site's content, to gain visibility
• Stuff pages with repeated keywords or location phrases, or link your own sites to each other to boost them
• Create artificial traffic or engagement (bots, purchased or automated visits)
• File false, exaggerated or coordinated reports against other people's sites, including from multiple accounts
• Use multiple accounts to avoid a lower ranking, a reporting limit or any other enforcement action
• Imitate another creator or misrepresent your identity or verification status

Sites that appear to do these things are ranked lower or removed from the directory automatically, and reporting privileges may be limited. This is in addition to the enforcement actions below. You can see your site's directory standing and the reasons in your site settings, and ask for a re-check once you have fixed the issues.

When using the BlnkSpace AI writing assistant, you must not attempt to:

• Use the AI to generate content that would itself violate this AUP (spam, illegal content, deceptive content)
• Use prompt injection techniques to manipulate AI behaviour in ways that harm BlnkSpace or other users
• Use the AI to assist in illegal activities

You are responsible for any AI-generated content you publish or distribute through BlnkSpace, just as you are responsible for any other content you create.

If you find a store or page that breaks this policy, including scams, fake login pages and prohibited products, the fastest way to tell us is the report form. You can also email:

Please include the URL of the content, a description of the violation, and your contact information. We review all reports promptly. Sites listed in the site directory also have a "Report this site" button on their card, which attaches the site automatically. Reports are checked against the site's actual content before they affect its ranking, and knowingly false reports are a breach of this policy.

When we determine a violation has occurred, we may take one or more of the following actions depending on severity:

We will generally attempt to notify you and give you an opportunity to respond, except where immediate action is required to protect safety, notification would compromise an investigation, or we are required by law not to notify.

If you believe we have taken action against your account or content in error, you may appeal by emailing appeals@blnkspace.app within 14 days of the action. Please include:

• Your account email address
• A description of the action taken
• Your explanation of why you believe the action was in error
• Any supporting information or evidence

We will review appeals and respond within 14 business days. Our decision on appeals is final.

For a lower directory ranking, you do not need to wait for an appeal: fix the issues shown in your site settings and use "Re-check my page". The ranking is re-evaluated automatically, and you can still ask for human review at the address above.

We may update this AUP to reflect changes in our platform, new types of misuse, or changes in applicable law. We will notify users of material changes by email and in-app notice with at least 14 days' notice before changes take effect.
