What happens next
We review every report. Depending on what we find, we may remove the page, pause the store's ability to take payments, or close the account — see the Enforcement section of our Acceptable Use Policy.
If you paid a seller and didn't get what you paid for, contact the seller first. The seller is responsible for refunds. If they don't respond, your card issuer or bank can also help.
