Terms of Service

BlnkSpace offers a free plan and paid plans (Creator at $19/mo, Team at $49/mo, Business at $129/mo) as described on our pricing page. Paid plans are billed monthly in advance via Stripe.

By subscribing to a paid plan, you authorise BlnkSpace to charge your payment method on a recurring monthly basis. Stripe processes all payments — BlnkSpace does not store your card details.

Subscription fees are non-refundable except where required by applicable law. If you cancel mid-cycle, you retain access until the end of the current billing period. No partial-month refunds are provided. If you believe you have been charged in error, contact us within 30 days of the charge.

Upgrades take effect immediately and are prorated. Downgrades take effect at the start of the next billing cycle. If a downgrade would put you over the limits of your new plan, you must bring your usage within limits before the downgrade takes effect.

We may change subscription prices with 30 days' notice. If you do not agree to a price change, you may cancel before the new price takes effect.

If payment fails and remains outstanding after repeated retry attempts, we may suspend your access to paid features until payment is resolved. We will notify you by email before suspending your account.

You retain full ownership of all content you create in BlnkSpace — your documents, pages, products, images, and data. We make no claim of ownership over your content.

By using BlnkSpace, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, store, transmit, display, and reproduce your content solely to the extent necessary to provide the Service. This licence terminates when you delete your content or close your account.

When you publish a page, it becomes publicly accessible on the internet. You are solely responsible for what you publish. BlnkSpace may index published pages for search engines by default — you can control this via SEO settings on each page.

We do not use your content to train AI models. The AI writing assistant uses an API key you provide — your prompts are sent directly to your AI provider under your API agreement with them.

While we take reasonable measures to back up data, we are not responsible for lost content. We strongly recommend maintaining your own backups of important content.

To accept payments through BlnkSpace, you must connect a Stripe account. Your use of Stripe's services is governed by Stripe's Connected Account Agreement.

BlnkSpace charges a platform fee on each transaction processed through your connected store. The current fee is disclosed in your account settings and on our pricing page. This fee is automatically deducted by Stripe at the time of each transaction as an application fee.

As a seller, you are solely responsible for:

• Accurately describing your products (condition, specifications, limitations)
• Fulfilling orders promptly and as described
• Handling customer refunds, returns, and disputes per your stated policies
• Complying with consumer protection laws in relevant jurisdictions
• Collecting and remitting applicable taxes
• Not selling prohibited items (see Acceptable Use Policy)
• Having the right to sell any products you list

You are responsible for managing payment disputes with your buyers. Excessive chargebacks may result in suspension of your commerce features. BlnkSpace is not a party to disputes between you and your buyers.

BlnkSpace provides infrastructure that enables you to sell products. We are not a buyer or seller in any transaction, and are not responsible for product accuracy or order fulfilment.

The BlnkSpace platform — including its software, design, branding, templates, and documentation — is owned by BlnkSpace and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or create derivative works without our written consent.

If you submit feedback or suggestions, you grant us a perpetual, royalty-free, irrevocable licence to use that feedback in any way, without any obligation to compensate you.

If you believe content on a BlnkSpace page infringes your copyright, send a notice to legal@blnkspace.com including: identification of the copyrighted work, identification of the infringing content, your contact information, and a good faith belief statement.

You may close your account at any time from your account settings. Closing your account will delete your content (subject to retention obligations). Subscription fees already paid are non-refundable.

We may suspend or terminate your account for: breach of these Terms or the Acceptable Use Policy, fraudulent activity, non-payment after repeated attempts, legal requirement, or risk to BlnkSpace or other users. For serious violations we may terminate without notice; for others, we will attempt to provide notice and an opportunity to remedy the breach.

Upon termination: your access ceases, published pages become unavailable, and your content may be deleted after a 30-day grace period (for non-abusive closures). Order records required for legal or tax purposes will be retained per our Privacy Policy.

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, and Acceptable Use Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and BlnkSpace regarding the Service.

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, it will be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, and the remaining provisions remain in full force.

We may update these Terms. For material changes, we will notify you by email and in-app notice at least 14 days before changes take effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
