Terms of Service

BlnkSpace offers a free plan and paid plans (Creator at $19/mo, Team at $49/mo, Business at $129/mo) as described on our pricing page. Paid plans are billed monthly or yearly in advance via Stripe; yearly billing is charged as one payment for twelve months at 10% off the monthly price (Creator $205.20/yr, Team $529.20/yr, Business $1,393.20/yr). Discount codes apply to monthly billing only.

By subscribing to a paid plan, you authorise BlnkSpace to charge your payment method on a recurring basis - monthly, or once a year on yearly billing. Stripe processes all payments — BlnkSpace does not store your card details.

Subscription fees are non-refundable except where required by applicable law. If you cancel mid-cycle, you retain access until the end of the current billing period. No partial-period refunds are provided (monthly or yearly). If you believe you have been charged in error, contact us within 30 days of the charge.

Upgrades take effect immediately and are prorated. Downgrades take effect at the start of the next billing cycle. If a downgrade would put you over the limits of your new plan, you must bring your usage within limits before the downgrade takes effect.

We may change subscription prices with 30 days' notice. If you do not agree to a price change, you may cancel before the new price takes effect.

If payment fails and remains outstanding after repeated retry attempts, we may suspend your access to paid features until payment is resolved. We will notify you by email before suspending your account.

You retain full ownership of all content you create in BlnkSpace — your documents, pages, products, images, and data. We make no claim of ownership over your content.

By using BlnkSpace, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, store, transmit, display, and reproduce your content solely to the extent necessary to provide the Service. This licence terminates when you delete your content or close your account.

When you publish a page, it becomes publicly accessible on the internet. You are solely responsible for what you publish. BlnkSpace may index published pages for search engines by default — you can control this via SEO settings on each page.

Published sites may be listed in the BlnkSpace site directory. By publishing a site you allow us to show its title, description, cover image and link, your creator name and your verification badges there, and to rank it automatically. We do not promise that any site will be listed or where it will appear, and we may lower a site's ranking or remove it from the directory at any time, for example for spam, duplicate or mass-produced pages, or breaches of the Acceptable Use Policy. Removing a site from the directory does not unpublish it. You must not try to manipulate the directory's ranking or reporting. See the Acceptable Use Policy and our Privacy Policy.

We do not use your content to train AI models. The AI writing assistant uses an API key you provide — your prompts are sent directly to your AI provider under your API agreement with them.

While we take reasonable measures to back up data, we are not responsible for lost content. We strongly recommend maintaining your own backups of important content.

To accept payments through BlnkSpace, you must connect your own Stripe account. Your use of Stripe's services is governed by Stripe's Services Agreement (including the Connected Account Agreement), which you accept directly with Stripe.

You are the merchant of record for every sale on your store. Payments are made to your Stripe account, not to BlnkSpace, and appear on your buyers' statements under your business name.

Stripe, not BlnkSpace, verifies your identity and business (KYC/KYB). We never receive your identity documents or your Stripe login, and we do not store any Stripe API key or password for your account. We only store your Stripe account ID and the status Stripe reports for it.

If Stripe restricts your account (for example, because verification is unfinished, more information is needed, or the account is under review or rejected), buyers will not be able to check out on your store until Stripe re-enables it. Your BlnkSpace dashboard will show this and link you to Stripe to resolve it.

We may also pause your store's ability to start new checkouts, without notice where necessary, if we reasonably suspect fraud, prohibited products, excessive disputes, or a breach of these Terms or our Acceptable Use Policy. Pausing payments does not affect your existing orders, your Stripe balance, or the rest of your BlnkSpace account. We will tell you why, and you may appeal as described in our Acceptable Use Policy.

BlnkSpace charges a platform fee on each transaction processed through your connected store. The current fee is disclosed in your account settings and on our pricing page. This fee is automatically deducted by Stripe at the time of each transaction as an application fee.

• Refunds: when you refund a buyer, in full or in part, BlnkSpace returns its platform fee in proportion to the amount refunded. This applies whether you refund from BlnkSpace or from your Stripe Dashboard.
• Disputes and chargebacks: the platform fee is not returned when a buyer disputes a payment with their bank, whatever the outcome.
• Stripe's own fees (processing fees, dispute fees) are charged to you by Stripe under your agreement with Stripe. Whether they are returned on a refund is decided by Stripe, not BlnkSpace.
• This refund rule does not apply to white-label plan billing, where the amount BlnkSpace receives is the wholesale price of the plan rather than a transaction fee.

As a seller, you are solely responsible for:

• Accurately describing your products (condition, specifications, limitations)
• Fulfilling orders promptly and as described
• Publishing a clear refund and returns policy and a way for buyers to contact you on your store
• Handling customer refunds, returns, and disputes per your stated policies
• Complying with consumer protection laws in relevant jurisdictions
• Collecting and remitting applicable taxes
• Not selling prohibited items (see Acceptable Use Policy)
• Having the right to sell any products you list

You are responsible for managing payment disputes with your buyers. Disputes are raised against your Stripe account: Stripe debits the disputed amount and its dispute fee from your balance, and only you can submit evidence, from your Stripe Dashboard, before Stripe's deadline. A dispute with no response is normally lost. BlnkSpace is not a party to disputes between you and your buyers.

We notify you when a dispute is opened, and we monitor dispute levels across stores. If a buyer wins a dispute over a paid page, their access to that page ends, just as it would after a refund. Refunding a buyer who asks is almost always better than letting them dispute the charge.

Excessive disputes harm buyers, Stripe and every other seller on BlnkSpace. We may pause payments on stores with a high or rising dispute rate (see "When your store can't take payments" above), and Stripe may take its own action on your account independently of us.

BlnkSpace provides infrastructure that enables you to sell products. We are not a buyer or seller in any transaction, and are not responsible for product accuracy or order fulfilment.

The BlnkSpace platform — including its software, design, branding, templates, and documentation — is owned by BlnkSpace and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or create derivative works without our written consent.

If you submit feedback or suggestions, you grant us a perpetual, royalty-free, irrevocable licence to use that feedback in any way, without any obligation to compensate you.

If you believe content on a BlnkSpace page infringes your copyright, send a notice to legal@blnkspace.app including: identification of the copyrighted work, identification of the infringing content, your contact information, and a good faith belief statement.

You may close your account at any time from your account settings. Closing your account will delete your content (subject to retention obligations). Subscription fees already paid are non-refundable.

We may suspend or terminate your account for: breach of these Terms or the Acceptable Use Policy, fraudulent activity, non-payment after repeated attempts, legal requirement, or risk to BlnkSpace or other users. For serious violations we may terminate without notice; for others, we will attempt to provide notice and an opportunity to remedy the breach.

Upon termination: your access ceases, published pages become unavailable, and your content may be deleted after a 30-day grace period (for non-abusive closures). Order records required for legal or tax purposes will be retained per our Privacy Policy.

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, and Acceptable Use Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and BlnkSpace regarding the Service.

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, it will be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, and the remaining provisions remain in full force.

We may update these Terms. For material changes, we will notify you by email and in-app notice at least 14 days before changes take effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
