The booking itself
A booker never needs an account — but they're not stuck once they've booked, either.
Times are shown in the booker's own timezone and stored with both their timezone and yours snapshotted — a reminder email still says "2pm your time" correctly, even months later.
A signed link in the confirmation email lets a booker reschedule or cancel without ever creating an account — no "please email us to change this."
Require your own approval before a booking is confirmed, with a real pending-request state and a one-click accept/decline.
